Attentive and kind staff, our server was constantly refilling drinks and checking up on us. The food was hot and fresh, the pizza fills up fast so I think one pizza is good for two people! I got the blank slate and it was super cheesy and yum.

My son and I visited Fired Pizza as it was a return visit for him and my first time. We were greeted with a friendly smile and good service. The atmosphere was inviting which made the space feel familiar and comfy. There was both indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate all desires of atmosphere. The pizzas were perfectly sized for both sharing between two or to be enjoyed alone. The crust was fresh and homemade without being too crispy with the utmost freshness. The Hot Boi proved to be not only a fan favorite but my son's favorite as well so if you can handle some heat from the jalapenos and deliciousness of tasty pepperoni and gooey cheese on your pizza the Hot Boi is for you. It was a grand slam! I tried the housemade sausage with fennel and found it to be mild in seasons for my taste in sausage Perhaps a pairing with the mushroom and cheese pizza option would have brought the overall flavors in harmony and home for me. I moved into the area a few years back and I finally tried this place. It gets busy! The atmosphere is 💯 millennial vibes. They have an outdoor fireplace as well as indoor and outdoor seating. They make wood fired artisan pizza 🍕. The only gripe that I have is their dough and toppings! The flavor is great but the dough is not your traditional pizza bread 🥖. It literally tastes like someone made a thick Mexican flour tortilla and put pizza toppings on it. In my brain it just tasted WRONG, the entire time that I was chewing on it! 🤣 I did find a new dark beer though! It was one of the smoothest dark beers that I have tasted. No bitter aftertaste and silky smooth! It went well with the artisan pizza. But I don’t think that I will return anytime soon. Try it you might like it but remember I warned you about the pizza dough! 🤣🤣🤣

Amazing pizza, drinks and service. We love coming here with our kids too. Very laid back with great food. The owners and staff are so great and always make you feel welcoming. I’ve dined in and done take out for large orders and it’s always quick! Ignore the haters, this place is the real deal.

It’s my go-to pizza restaurant in stockton! I love that it’s so close to where I live because they make such amazing combinations of flavors. They source local ingredients and always have specials of the month with ingredients that are seasonal and locally grown. Their non pizza options are also really good. The hardest thing about going is that we always spend a ton of money because we want to try so many different dishes and cocktails! Great environment, amazing owners that always seem to have great staff and care about the community. The style of pizza is like a mix of neopolitan/NY style. Thin crust, cooked in real wood fire oven that sometimes leaves char on the crust (it honestly gives extra flavor). If you don’t like that style of pizza, it might not be for you, but honestly even if you only stuck with appetizers, salad, and drinks: the food and flavors are so good that you’d still be pretty happy!
